Goal -> arrive gradually to solid food around 12 months
If your child tends to be constipated,
privilege millet as infant cereal
Don't keep the puree more than 24h in the fridge
No salt before 1 year
Better steam cooking or cook with a little bit of water
Add oil after cooking
No honey before 1 year -> risk of botulism
